EclipseCon is a great place to learn about new technologies for building web- and cloud-based tools. However, when diving into the field, quite a few questions usually arise. In this interactive session, we invite you to raise these questions and we will do our best to answer them. Additionally, we will discuss a list of frequently asked questions such as how Theia and VS Code related to each other or how to migrate existing tools to the web.


In this session, you will informally meet experts from the ecosystem that build these tools and their underlying technologies on a daily basis including project leads of Eclipse Theia, GLSP, EMF.cloud and JSON Forms, including experts for technologies such as VS Code, Eclipse Che, Eclipse CDT, EMF and including board members of the Eclipse Cloud Development working group
